Hi!
I'm Denine. Organized living spaces can eliminate stress and free-up more time for fun! That is why I created Serenity Now Organizing. If you need help tackling those home projects that are weighing you down, I would be honored to help. Together, we can cultivate more peaceful surroundings for you and your family.
My Story
I grew up in Telford, Pennsylvania... let's just say a fair many decades ago. Back then, my mom struggled to get me to do housekeeping chores. I was happier just naming, organizing and displaying my dozens of stuffed animals, or rearranging all the furniture in my room. liked seeing which combinations worked best. Nowadays, I'm happy to fly across the country to visit mom, and finally do my share of the cleaning.

After college, I moved to New Jersey where I was a film and video producer at NFL Films. It was a dream job where I edited videos, produced televison shows, and organized schedules and production details for a myriad of projects.

Enter a husband and 2 active boys and I decisively retired from 16-hour media production days. Surprise - the new hours weren't fewer! But they WERE very rewarding. My days were filled with awesome kid adventures and even a few years of homeschooling. Trying to keep toys, (LEGO-ugh!) laundry, (never finished) and educational materials organized in a very small home was quite a challenge. Any parent will tell you, the job description of being a mom reads 'constantly turning chaos into order!'

When we moved to Colorado in 2014 I found that studying Oenology (wine) was fascinating. I'm a level 1 sommelier and my boss always praised the organized shelves of wine and sale displays I produced. Yes, I know most of the wine regions in Europe and the best Cabernet Sauvignons from Napa, but it wasn't the right job for these glorious empty nest years.

When I learned that helping folks organize their pantries, garages, photos, closets, and jewelry collections (the very thing I have done for family and friends for years) was a real industry, I knew I had finally found the perfect fit!

The name? Yes, it's a Seinfeld reference. Watching Frank Costanza yelling "Serenity NOW!" always makes me laugh! Although Frank wasn't very serene, he wanted to be. Maybe he just needed his home professionally organized.
